Zac Efron is reportedly considering to break things off with his High School Musical co-star Vanessa Hudgens, according to Star magazine. A source dished:

“Zac’s been told that to go from a teen idol to a major movie star, he has to distance himself from his HSM image. One big thing that means is no more Vanessa. When people see them together, they think of their characters.”

The source explained:

“He’s reconsidering his public image. No more musicals is another step — that’s why he dropped out of the Footloose remake.”

However, the source claims it’s not an easy thing for Zac to do:

“Zac does still love Vanessa. He’s agonizing about this!”

Maybe he’s more worried that people will out him when he’s not seen with Vanessa anymore. Poor guy should just be himself.

Ok someone get this girl an amazing movie role pronto! Vanessa Hudgens says she’ll strip if the movie role’s amazing and the part calls for it.

“I will show nudity in a film when the time is right,” the 20-year-old High School Musical star tells E! Online.

“Right now, I wouldn’t feel comfortable doing it, but, like I said, when the time’s right, if it’s an amazing movie that I’m really passionate about and that’s what it calls for, then we’ll see,” she continued.

When it comes to musicals Vanessa Hudgens says she wouldn’t mind doing another one, but right now she really wants a more mature role.

“Right now, I want something more mature to perhaps shock the fans. I’m only 20 and can’t play a high school student forever. I want other challenges.”

I don’t think she could pull off shocking her fans, they’ll always think of her as the good girl next door in HSM. She should stick to looking pretty on magazine covers.

Vanessa Hudgens has revealed she’s in love with Angelina Jolie and she carries a tazor at all times. Here’s what she dished in an interview with SELF Magazine:

What’s in her purse at all times:“I keep [a Taser] for self-defense,” she admits. “I’m moving into a house by myself, and it’s scary.”

Her dream movie role:“I’d like to do an action film where I could kick someone’s ass,” she gushes. “I want to be strong and empowered.”

Her favorite celebrity: “I’m in love with Angelina Jolie. Everything she does, I adore.”

Her favorite animal: “I love snakes. I think they’re sexy. Not in the wild, of course, but pet snakes.”

The weirdest things she’s ever eaten: “A fruit bat — specialty in the Seychelles islands. They cooked it in red wine. It was really, really dark, grainy meat. It was quite frightening.”

On her legs and her toes: “I have really strong legs. I inherited them from my dad, who has tree stumps for legs, basically. I’ve got big calves that look good. When I wear heels, it looks like I’ve worked out my legs a lot, which is why I love them. I also have a big, big, big toe. I call it my goat toe. I can climb anything.”

Zac Efron says that he and Vanessa Hudgens try to date like other normal couples. Zac told Extra:

“We just don’t go on a Friday night or Saturday night. It’ll be, like, 9am on a Tuesday.”

The more he talks about their relationship, the more no one believes they’re really a couple. It sounds like they’re under contract from Disney to promote the High School Musical movies this way.

“To her,” says the source, “it is a piece of art.”

Zac went out and bought her a trunk!  But not just any trunk, a $50,000 for a vintage Louis Vuitton steamer trunk. That’s some gift, I wonder what Christmas will bring. Don’t you wish someone could drop some cash like that on you? I know I certainly do.

Vanessa Hudgens went on Ellen earlier this week and revealed to the entire world that Zac Efron is a good smoocher.

The 19-year-old High School Musical star crumbled under pressure when pressed by DeGeneres and admitted Friday that 21-year-old boyfriend Efron is “a good kisser,” has had his flu shots, and prefers eggs for breakfast – sometimes raw.

Well at least she didn’t get on and say he couldn’t kiss or that he was a sloppy kisser right?
