While helping unload a truck load of hams for a charity event in Atlanta, Paula Deen was hit in the face by a ham. Someone was feeling a little playful and threw a ham, not intending to do bodily harm, and hit Paula on the head and nose.

‘Deen was startled at first, but quickly regained focus and kept her humor,” says her rep. “She’s okay now and is icing her face.”

Good thing she’s got a great sense of humor otherwise someone would have been in hot water!

During her performance at the AMA’s Jennifer Lopez fell on her booty while doing a small stunt. Apparently the whole world thinks it’s a big deal, and I’m sure she’s a little embarrased. She did pop right back up to make a quick recovery.

I bet someone gets fired over this!

On Sunday’s American Music Awards Adam Lambert’s racy performance left many shocked, and now he’s defending himself saying he believes in artistic freedom.

“You know honestly, if I offended some people… it’s apples and oranges. I’m not an artist that does things for every single person,” Adam told Access’ Shaun

“I believe in artistic freedom and expression, I believe in honoring the lyrics of a song, and those lyrics aren’t really for everybody either,” he continued.

His performance was edited for the west coast and here’s what he said about that:

“If it’s edited, that’s discrimination,” Adam said. “I will be a little disappointed because there is a little bit of discrimination going in this country. There’s a big double standard, female pop artists have been doing things provocative like that for years, and the fact that I’m a male, and I’ll be edited and discriminated against could be a problem.”

I thought the performance went a little too far, but he’s right female pop artists have been doing things provocatively for a while now.

Oprah Winfrey plans on ending her widely popular talk show The Oprah Winfrey Show and will be making an announcement as to why on Friday.

“Tomorrow, Oprah will announce live on ‘The Oprah Winfrey Show’ that she has decided to end what is arguably one of the most popular, influential and enduring programs in television history,” Tim Bennett, the President of Harpo, wrote in the letter, obtained by Access Hollywood. ” The sun will set on the ‘Oprah’ show as its 25th season draws to a close on September 9, 2011.”

Wow! Didn’t see this coming, we can only wonder why until she makes her big announcement on tomorrow’s show.

Shanna Moakler called Khloe Kardashian a donkey while on the Wendy Williams show Tuesday and Khloe was quick to take to her Twitter page:

“Who is shana moakler???” she tweeted. “I have no idea who this girl is but I guess she is talking about me. Talk on honey…I can care less LOL.”

Shanna, who also called Kim Kardashian a donkey little over a year ago, did offer up an apology:

“@KhloeKardashian, you are right,” she wrote. “We don’t know each other personally and I apologize for my comment this morning.”

I wonder what Shanna’s got against the Kardashian sisters? At least she apologized.
