The Seeds Lead Singer Sky Saxon Dies

More sad news in the entertainment world - Sky Saxon, the founder and lead singer of the Seeds reportedly died Thursday morning, June 25, 2009, in Austin Texas, according to the L.A. Times.
The 1960s band from Los Angeles best known for their hits, such as: “Can’t Seem to Make You Mine” and “(You’re) Pushin’ Too Hard.”

Saxon was hospitalized on Monday due to an infection which caused heart and kidney failure. Saxon’s wife, Sabrina Saxon, announced his death on Facebook as she was keeping fans updated on his health status.
This has been a terrible week with losing Ed McMahon, Farrah Fawcett, the King of Pop Michael Jackson, and Sky Saxon. Our thoughts and deepest sympathies go out to Sky Saxon’s wife.
