Ice-T told TMZ that he got the flu shot after his friend’s sister died from Swine flu, according to Contact Music. The rapper admitted he wasn’t really aware of the dangers of H1N1 until someone he knew was affected. He said:

“I actually had a friend die from the swine flu. One of my friend’s I went to school with, his sister.
I didn’t really take it seriously until that happened.

It’s real s**t. I took a flu shot.”

I have to admit that I’ve been thinking that the swine flu scare was more hype because so many people die from the regular flu every year too, but I actually know someone who caught it too so I am probably getting the shot as soon as it’s available to everyone.

50 Cent was on the Angie Martinez show and when she spoke about the “Fame Kills: Starring Kanye West and Lady Gaga” tour he said:

“ah, the gay tour.”

He then tried to justify his comments by saying that this was what Lady Gaga was calling it. Angie Martinez corrected him saying that Lady GaGa told Kanye that she has a large gay following. 50’s reply:

“What did Kanye say, ‘Me, too?’”

50 then continued and said:

“Kanye’s cool with the gay folk. I have nothing against them, but he’s cool with them. He goes and drops his video off to them…Ellen. Ellen DeGeneres. He went there to premiere his video. He’s conscious of the gay community and wants them to buy his CD.”

This is not the first time 50 is showing the world how stupid he is and I’m sure it is not going to be the last!

Kelly Clarkson slammed rapper Kanye West on her blog for taking Taylor Swift’s spotlight away from her:

“What happened to you as a child?? Did you not get hugged enough?? Something must have happened to make you this way and I think we’re all just curious as to what would make a grown man go on national television and make a talented artist, let alone teenager, feel like s**t. I mean, I’ve seen you do some pretty sh**ty things, but you just keep amazing me with your tactless, a**hole ways.”

While I agree with her in that he must have missed something in childhood to be challenged with boundary issues, I don’t think he’s going to cry over the fact that the former American Idol doesn’t approve of his behavior. He definitely should be seeking some therapy for his issues though.

Kanye West gave an emotional apologizy on the Jay Leno show. The rapper seemed sincere about being sorry for what he did to Taylor Swift, but I think he’s going to have to do more than apologize to make things right. He may still be grieving over the loss of his mother so he should get some therapy before he’s out in the public again, but more importantly, he should definitely be banned from going to award shows again.

Michael Jackson’s dad Joe Jackson wants rapper Kanye West banned from all entertainment events after his stunt at the MTV Video Music Awards on Sunday, September 13, 2009 where he stormed the stage to interrupt Taylor Swift’s acceptance of the Best Female Video award. Contact Music reports that the King of Pop’s father was shocked by Kanye West’s behavior, especially because they had been having a conversation just minutes before his outburst. Jackson told TMZ:

“I had just gotten through speaking to him, he was introducing me to his girlfriend (Amber Rose) and then three minutes later he jumped up on stage. And people booed Kanye all night.

I don’t know what he was doing, he jumped up on stage and snatched that microphone out of that poor girl’s hand.

They should blackball him out of showbusiness for that. He just leapt (sic) up there; that was bad.”

It’s hard to believe I think similarly to Joe Jackson, well, at least on this issue. What Kanye did was so nasty. Even if Taylor Swift didn’t really deserve to win the award, it wasn’t his place to do such an asinine thing. In this case, an apology isn’t enough for Taylor…poor girl had her moment taken away! Kanye needs to learn manners and self-restraint!

Diddy definitely knows how to throw a party in style. Yesterday, on the 4th of July, Diddy had his Annual White Malaria No More Party that was held at a private residence in Beverly Hills.

Some of the celebrities that showed up are Demi Moore, Ashton Kutcher, Khloe Kardashian, Shanna Moakler, Tila Tequila, Melanie Brown, Russell Brand and Tara Reid who didn’t show her boobs this time.

Perez Hilton claimed that he was attacked by Will.i.am and his security guards after attending the 2009 MuchMusic Video Awards in Toronto, Canada.

Shortly after midnight, Perez Hilton tweeted the following:

- I’m in shock. I need the police ASAP. Please come to the SoHo Metropolitan Hotel now. Please.

- I was assaulted by Will.I.Am of the Black Eyed Peas and his security guards. I am bleeding. Please, I need to file a police report. No joke.

- Still waiting for the police. The bleeding has stopped. I need to document this. Please, can the police come to the SoHo Met Hotel.

- I spoke to my lawyer. I really need to talk to the authorities. Please come to the SoHo Met Hotel. Have called the police. Need them here.

- The Toronto police are here now. Thank you. Please stop calling them.

Later on that night, Will.i.am, the frontman of The Black Eyed Peas, posted this video calling Perez Hilton a liar.

What I don’t understand is why Perez Hilton didn’t call the police instead of tweeting about it. If you are really hurt, why waste time and tweet about it when you can dial 911 yourself?
