Former supermodel Karen Mulder has been arrested in Paris, France after allegedly making threatening phone calls to her plastic surgeon when the doctor refused to reverse an earlier operation. The plastic surgeon reported that the Dutch supermodel made many “vicious telephone calls” and was arrested on Tuesday morning, June 30, 2009. A police source reported:

“She was screaming and shouting about the operation and became extremely threatening.

There were repeated calls to the female surgeon who was extremely scared. The suspect is being interviewed.”

Mulder became famous during the 1990s at the same time as Kate Moss, Helena Christensen and Naomi Campbell.

It sounds like she wasn’t too happy with the results. Yikes. I wonder what she felt was botched during her plastic surgery. Stay tuned for more info.

Reality TV star Denise Richards has revealed she’s had three boob jobs so far, according to Now magazine. She told Howard Stern:

“I was 19, and my roommate had the best boobs ever, and she had just had hers done. I was flat as a board, and I thought ‘Whoa, you can just buy them.’ and stupidly had them done!”

She added:

“The next guy put bigger ones in, and it was not good - they were a D.

I was young and should have researched better. You know, it was a big mistake.”

At least she admits she was stupid about that, but I wonder if she’ll ever admit she was stupid to go after her former friend Heather Locklear’s hubby.

Courteney Cox Arquette’s hubby David Arquette allegedly had a surgery because he was seen with a black eye, according to Contact Music.

There was speculation that Arquette had a nose job, but denies it. He said:

“I had a little surgery. I had something they had to remove. I should have gotten a nose job! I did find out that I have a deviated septum, so I guess if I did get a nosejob, I’d have an excuse.”

So much mystery about the surgery! He should just come out with it because the news will be out about it sooner or later.

Tameka Foster reportedly had a heart attack before having plastic surgery, according to the Associated Press. Us magazine reports plastic surgeon Silvio Sterman’s rep Ellen Dastry says that Usher’s wife had checked into the Sao Rafael Hospital in Brazil for a “simple liposuction,” however

Foster went into cardiac arrest while being anesthetized, “but was revived in less than a minute by heart massage.”

Apparently in order “to avoid unnecessary complications,” Tameka had to be placed into “an induced coma.”

Tameka is recovering at Sirio-Libanes Hospital in Sao Paulo.

Wow, that’s just crazy! She’s awfully young to be having a heart attack. I wonder if she’ll still try to get the lipo done after she recovers. Hopefully, she’ll try to lose the weight the old-fashioned way instead.

Pamela Anderson met her new boytoy, a scuba diver Jamie Padgett at a trailer park, according to Female First. Apparently she moved into a trailer park in Malibu in November when her mansion was getting renovated. A source told Us Weekly:

“She is more in love than I have ever seen her before.”

The source added:

“He’s a totally moral, nice, normal guy. She is completely head over heels.”

It looks like she’s done dating rockers or musicians like her exes Tommy Lee and Kidd Rock. I wonder if she’ll be walking down the aisle again soon…
