Move over McDreamy aka Patrick Dempsey, because Simon Baker has been named TV’s Sexiest Man. Female First reports that TV Guide has just replaced McDreamy with Baker after Dempsey holding the title for two years in a row. However, Baker revealed that his wife doesn’t necessarily agree with him holding the title:

“My wife said to me this morning, ‘I could take a photo of you right now and they might take that title away from you.’”

Wow, what a way to keep a man humble. I still love McDreamy and think he’ll take the title again though!

Patrick Dempsey was looking pretty hot at the Rolex 24 hours of Daytona Auto Race at Daytona Beach on Saturday and it didn’t have anything to do with the temperature. McDreamy’s just so yum to look at!

I wonder if McDreamy and Meredith Grey will actually get hitched on Grey’s Anatomy. Somehow I don’t see it happening, but one can hope. I’d like to see them tie the knot on the show and have a couple kids.

Patrick Dempsey had to go to see a mechanic in West Hollywood as he was having trouble with his beloved vintage luxury car yesterday. The Grey’s Anatomy star was looking pretty McDreamy. YUM!

Patrick Dempsey revealed he’s into spanking to keep things spicy in the bedroom, according to Contact Music. Mr. McDreamy dished he and his wife Jillian Fink are into experimenting. He said:

“Romance is an atmosphere, a feeling, a mood, a place, it’s in the air. It is the little things - even a spanking every now and then! It is hard to define romance other than going with the cliches of a lake, a boat, a picnic basket and a sunset.”

That’s hot! What a lucky woman she is!
