On Saturday, at Madonna’s “Sticky and Sweet” show at the Meadowlands Madonna told the audience:

“Sarah Palin can’t come to my party. Sarah Palin can’t come to my show. It’s nothing personal.”

And:

“Here’s the sound of Sarah Palin’s husband’s snowmobile when it won’t start,” followed by a loud screeching noise.

Madonna joins many celebs like Matt Damon, Pamela Anderson, Diddy, Lindsay Lohan and many more that already came out with statements against Palin. I bet as the election’s date gets closer we’ll hear from more celebrities.

It’s only been six months since Madonna and A-Rod were spotted dining together several times before his divorce, now with his divorce finalized it seems they are at it once again. Now I’m not sure what I believe on this, they could simply be friends hanging out. But why isn’t Guy there too?  USMagazine is reporting that the two had an intimate dinner together just this past week.  

Madonna and New York Yankee Alex Rodriguez took in a cozy dinner for two at Dos Caminos Third Avenue on Tuesday, a source told Usmagazine.com.

The pair ate at an alcove-like table in the back.

“They seemed very close,” a source told Usmagazine.com. 

Now if this is what everyone believes I wonder how long before Madonna announces she’s getting a divorce. After all it was due to A-Rod’s “affair with the heart” that ruined his marriage in the end.

Madonna, never one to shy away from controversy, dedicated her “Like a Virgin” performance to Pope Benedict XVI while performing in Rome for her Sticky & Sweet tour on Saturday, September 6, 2008, according to Contact Music. The Queen of Pop said:

“I dedicate this song to the Pope because I’m a child of God. All of you are also children of God.”

Catholics have criticized the Material Girl as “disrespectful” - what a shocker!

When Madonna ever decides to retire, she should do some speaking engagements about how to drum up publicity to promote products because she’s an expert at this!

Madonna’s crew for her Sticky & Sweet tour are said to be pissed off because she put them up in a cheap ass hotel, but booked herself into a luxury castle. Many out of her 250-staffers are fuming over being booked on a cheap airlines too while the Queen of Pop gets flown by private jet. The Mirror reported that crew members were put up in a $92.50 a night hotel while the Material Girl stayed in a $20,000 a night castle on the Cote d’Azure. A source dished:

“Everyone is absolutely furious with her… they feel they are being treated like second-class citizens, despite all their hard work over the last few months.”

It’s not too surprising that Madonna’s cheap with her staff, but it still sucks for her staff to feel like they’re being treated so poorly. Madge should rename her tour, Sticky and Sour.

Madonna was spotted wearing a bathrobe at the security check of Schoenefeld airport. The Material Girl was in such a hurry to leave town after her gig at the Olympic Stadium in Berlin, Germany last night that she didn’t even bother changing.

I wonder if security officials asked her to disrobe or if they were too afraid of what they might find under there. Madonna certainly scares me sometimes!

Senator John McCain’s presidential campaign reportedly hit back at Madonna on Sunday after the Material Girl compared him to Adolf Hitler, according to Yahoo News.

McCain’s campaign rep Tucker Bounds blasted Madonna for drawing comparisons between McCain, Hitler and Zimbabwean strongman Robert Mugabe at her concert in Cardiff. Bounds said on Fox News:

“The comparisons are outrageous, unacceptable and crudely divisive all at the same time. It clearly shows that when it comes to supporting Barack Obama, his fellow worldwide celebrities refuse to consider any smear or attack off limits.”

The Queen of Pop’s attack on McCain was during her “Get Stupid” performance. However, towards the end of the song, pictures of Beatles legend John Lennon, former US vice-president Al Gore, Indian Mahatma Gandhi and McCain’s Democrat rival Barack Obama appeared.

Do you think Madonna went too far by drawing these comparisons?

While I’m not a supporter of Senator McCain, it’s a little outrageous to have him likened to Adolf Hitler and Robert Mugabe and doesn’t necessarily help Obama’s campaign.

Last night was the first show of Madonna’s “Sticky & Sweet” tour. Click on the video above to watch Britney Spears’ cameo appearance. In the video Brit Brit is whispering: “express yourself, don’t repress yourself”. And then, at the end of the video, Britney says: “It’s Britney b!tch”

In 2 weeks, Britney Spears is expected to appear on the VMA. Lately it seems like she looks a little bit better, so let’s hope her appearance will be better than last year’s disastrous appearance.
