Lindsay Lohan’s mother was heard saying her daughter, Lindsay Lohan, was dating Heath Ledger at the time he died back in 2008.

“She was dating Heath when he died,” Lindsay’s mom is heard saying on the tape posted on RadarOnline.com.

 ”I don’t know if you know that, but I know cause I would drop her off and they were friends very, very close, ok?”

She also talked about her concern that Lindsay might overdose just like Ledger:

“Because when she’s drunk or takes an Adderall with it she will do something like Heath Ledger did in a second without thinking.”

These recordings are apparently part of the secretly taped phone calls being released by Lindsay’s father, Michael Lohan. As much as I can’t believe he’s actually releasing these private conversations, this is juicy gossip!

Michael Lohan has released tapes of a phone call between him and Lindsay Lohan that he secretly recorded in order to prove his point she needs help. On the tape Lindsay breaks down and says no one cares about her and says her mother thinks she’s worse than he ever was.

Lindsay was quick to respond via Twitter to the release of these tapes claiming the phone call took place years ago and he’s edited them:

“My fathers such a loser & those recordings are from years ago. To release personal things is foul enough, but to edit them. I used to think”

“That he needed the book for dummies on learning how to be a father. Haha-he’s needs the book for dummies on HOW TO BE A MAN.”

“Thank you to my fans for all of your support I luv you all so much! And I’m lucky to have great family & friends THAT ARE in my life & are”

I actually feel bad for her, he didn’t have any right to release these private phone calls. How can anyone trust the man after this? To listen to the taped phone call click here.

Lindsay Lohan had a scary moment when a guy pulled up beside her and pointed a gun at her, here’s what she wrote on her Twitter page:

“Umm-OMFG! I was walking ahead of Patrick with the security guard&some guy was following me, then pulled up in his car&pointed a GUN at me! I”

“Was on the phone w/my mum&i screamed and ducked&the guy started laughing&pushed the trigger&it was a fake gun..I was crying..he scared me :(”

What’s up with that? What a weirdo, I’d be upping my security if I were her.

Last week Lindsay Lohan and Balthazar were spotted getting cozy with each other at West Hollywood bar Voyeur. Apparently the two snuck in the bar’s backdoor, headed to a table near the front of the bar where they were all over each other for about a half hour, then snuck back out.

Wow, talk about odd couples. Who would have thought these two of all people would hook up?

Dina Lohan is fed up with her ex Michael Lohan going to the press and talking about their daughter’s drug problems. She issued this statement to him via PEOPLE:

“Michael Lohan needs to focus on being a parent, paying child support, of which he is six months behind, and making up for all the years he was an absentee dad. And stop going on national television talking about his children publicly.”

This was after Micheal had went to X17 on Saturday and told them he’s going to try and get conservatorship.

“I’m going to see the judge this week…If I can’t get a conservatorship, then I’m going to take her (Lindsay) to an undisclosed location and get her straight. But I know I’m gonna get charged [with] kidnapping,” he told the photo agency.

And before that he stopped by the Maury Povich show and issued this statement to Lindsay:

“I’m gonna do anything and everything I have to save your life, whether mom likes it, the public likes it, or anyone.”

Lindsay is planning to see a judge herself to get a restraining order against her father. This family’s drama never ends!

Lindsay Lohan is scheduled to appear in court on Friday for a hearing, which is being kept hush hush. TMZ.com is reporting that it has something to do with whether or not she’s fulfilling the terms of her probation, she’s suppose to have been attending alcohol education classes.

Reports also reveal a court order was issued during a routine progress check earlier in the week. Lohan’s probation stems from her DUI back in 2007. I hope she’s headed to jail, and for more than 8 minutes this time around. It might actually do her some good.

For now we’ll have to wait and see.
