Jennifer Love Hewitt has recording a new country song, according to FemaleFirst. Her boyfriend Jamie Kennedy swears she’s good too:

“I really want to make her a new demo for her music, because I think she should do singing again. She’s so good.”

Apparently, Jennifer has already done four pop albums in Japan.

Jamie said what any good boyfriend would say - if he came out and said, “To be honest, her music really sucks, she’d probably kick him to the curb.” It’s always interesting when wannabe music stars turn to country because their other music didn’t quite make the impact they had hoped (i.e. Jessica Simpson). Best of luck to Jennifer though.

Jennifer Love Hewitt was seen buying a pregnancy test on April 29, 2009 at a CVS Pharmacy, according to Star magazine. Jennifer has been dating Jamie Kennedy since March. The actress called off her engagement with Ross McCall in January. A source said:

“If she is expecting, then it was totally unplanned and would come as a shock. Jennifer has always said she wants kids, but she was definitely thinking later rather than sooner.”

People magazine’s sources revealed that Jennifer and Ross split up over Christmas and obviously called off the engagement. A source revealed:

“They’re both really sad about this. Even their friends are surprised; they seemed really happy. Everyone just wants the best for both of them.”

Aw, how sad - to break up over the Christmas holidays must’ve been devastating for both of them. The holidays can be the most stressful time of the year for some so perhaps they’ll get back together again after they cool off.
