Nick Hogan aka Nick Bollea is reportedly getting out of jail almost three months early due to good behavior, according to People. Hulk Hogan’s son has been serving an eight-month sentence at Pinellas County Jail in Clearwater, Florida for a reckless driving charge that gave his friend John Graziano a life sentence after serious injuries.

Nick’s scheduled to be released on October 21, 2008 which is said to be standard procedure.

Nick’s sister Brooke Hogan said:

“I’m not sure where he’ll live. I think he’s going to do his own thing.”

It sounds like she doesn’t want him living with her. Maybe he should stay in longer because the family doesn’t know where to put him up.

Do yourself a favor and don’t listen to Brook Hogan’s new song. The new song, titled “ThnkU4LettinMeBMahself”, is a personal song where she sings about her jailed brother, her father and her slutty mother. I really don’t understand why she’s trying so hard to be a singer. Not everyone can sing and she definitely can’t.

Brooke Hogan has no clue what’s going on. Last night she posted on her MySpace blog why she is not going to vote in the next presidential election:

Second- Only 54 percent of eligible american voters cast their ballots!!!!!! Half of them are only voting cause its “cool ” to vote for so and so…they aren’t even up to date on information. I’M personally not up to date on the facts, so I don’t wanna make a stupid choice for our country. I WANT to vote but only when I know exactly whats going on. More ppl should think like that. Paris Hilton said “yaaaay go vote cause its cool and hott!!!!” …SHE WASN’T EVEN REGISTERED. seriously.

To say that half of the people that vote do it because it is cool is the stupidest thing I have ever heard!

Also, if you don’t want to vote because you don’t know what is going on and you don’t want to make a stupid choice for your country, then, why not try and listen to the news, listen to what the nominees are saying? But I guess that would be to much to ask from someone like Brooke. Because if she has free time, she’s not going to spend it listening to the boring news, instead, she will be planning her next house party.

Brooke Hogan appears to want to stay in the public eye as much as possible as she continually finds new ways to get some attention. Brooke has now issued an apology to clear her father Hulk Hogan from allegations of abuse towards her mother, Linda Hogan aka Linda Bollea, according to Starpulse. She insists:

“I did it under significant pressure from my mother. It was only after I learned all the facts that I realized I made a big mistake in signing it.”

Apparently, she signed a legal affidavit accusing her father, real name Terry Bollea, of verbally and physically abusing her mother during their marriage. Now that she’s pissed at her mom for dating a teenager, she has apologized to daddy Hulk. Her rep said:

“The months-old document was signed by Brooke at a time when she was upset with her father.”

Brooke argues:

“Using kids as pawns in a divorce is awful. Every day my mother resorts to this kind of behavior makes it that much harder for us to ever have a relationship again.”

Wow, she’s really pissed at her mom eh? I wonder if Daddy’s buying her a new car or something for the public apology. It sounds like she needs some retail therapy.

As her parents Hulk Hogan and Linda Hogan are in the middle of a nasty divorce, her little brother Nick Hogan is in jail, she’s not talking to her mom because of her mother’s choice to date a teenager, according to the Associated Press (via Fox News). Here are some questions and answers about her relationship with her parents.

AP: How did you and your mother get so far apart?

AP: Were you at one point as disappointed in your dad?

Hogan: My dad and I had a little bit of a tiff earlier this year and that kind of stuff I really don’t want to talk about now, but I was disappointed for a minute. But what I respect about my dad is he comes forth and he tells the truth, and he’s a very honorable person, I respect him a lot. He, I know deep down, has a good heart. Honesty with me goes such a long way that once the truth comes out and that person can be man enough to tell you the truth, it gives me an even higher respect for them than before.

She respects her dad who had a fling with her ex-best friend Christiane Plante, whom she cut ties off with as well, because she knows who supports her shopping habits.
