Uh-oh, this gossip won’t be making Jack Wagner too happy…

Richie Sambora and Heather Locklear were spotted looking pretty cozy during Ava’s soccer game on January 6, according to Star magazine. Apparently, they got pretty “touchy-feely as they sat side by side on a bench.” A witness dished:

“At one point, she gave him a neck massage.”

A friend also claims:

“They still care about each other and are flirting with the possibility of getting back together.”

Heather’s fiance and former co-star is going to be pissed if this is true. It’s probably best to cut him loose Heather!

On Monday prosecutors finally decided to charge Heather Locklear with driving under the influence of prescription drugs. Heather was arrested in September when a California Highway Patrol officer found her car parked on a highway and blocking a traffic lane.

“A toxicology test showed Locklear had prescription medication in her system, but not alcohol or illegal drugs,” said Lee Carter, senior deputy district attorney for Santa Barbara County, California.

“She was charged with a misdemeanor and not a more serious felony count,” Carter said.

So, since no trace of alcohol or illegal drugs were in her system she faces a lessor charge? She clearly should not have been behind the wheel and had something in her system impairing her driving, which is just the same. Hollywood justice strikes again!

Authorities confirmed Heather Locklear was reportedly arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence of a controlled substance in Santa Barbara, according to the Associated Press.

Apparently, Heather was busted by a CPH officer on Saturday afternoon after a local resident saw the Hollywood actress leaving the parking lot and “driving erratically.” As mentioned before, Heather was recently treated for anxiety and depression, so she could have been under the influence of her medication for that.

Since ex-husband Bon Jovi’s guitarist Richie Sambora was also arrested for a DUI not too long ago, they should probably hire a driver for themselves, but especially for their daughter Ava Elizabeth.

It has been reported that Heather Locklear checked into an Arizona facility, seeking treatment for psychological issues. A rep for Locklear issued the following statement:

“Heather has been dealing with anxiety and depression. She requested an in-depth evaluation of her medication and entered into a medical facility for proper diagnosis and treatment. This is a confidential medical matter and no further statement will be released”

Get better Heather! I blame Denise Richards!

Richie Sambora could be facing jail time if the police get their way. Sambora may get charged with misdemeanor DUI and child endangerment according to Contact Music. Apparently, prosecutors want to get tough with the Bon Jovi guitarist for driving under the influence while his daughter (as seen in the above photo during happier times) and her cousin were in the car last month.

Sambora’s arraignment is set May 7, 2008.

It sucks to be him eh? He should never have been so irresponsible to drink and drive even if his daughter and her cousin weren’t in the car. It just makes it so much worse that he risked their lives though. Heather Locklear must’ve wanted to kill him for endangering their daughter.

For some reason, Denise Richards is still trying to defend herself over what happened with Heather Locklear and Richie Sambora. She insists she and Heather were NOT friends at the time when she began making the moves on Richie Samboara. Denise doesn’t regret her year-long hook-up with the Bon Jovi guitarist because she says she had already ended her friendship with Locklear. She said:

“Honestly I knew that situation wasn’t going to go over very well and it was going to be in the press. I had no idea it would blow up the way it did. The truth of the matter is my friendship with Heather ended before Richie and I even started dating. That’s one thing I don’t know if people knew or not. I never had an affair. I never cheated on Charlie and Richie never cheated on Heather. If I was still friends with Heather, I would have never crossed that line with Richie at all.”

Blah, blah, blah. Who cares anymore? The only reason she’s probably bringing this up again is because she needs to drum up some attention for her upcoming reality show. Denise, no one is interested in hearing about how you “didn’t” steal your best friend’s man.
