Babblicious Picture

Matilda Ledger was spotted with her mommy Michelle Williams going for a scooter ride in Brooklyn, New York yesterday. She’s such a cutie! It looks like Michelle’s doing a great job because Matilda looks like quite a happy kid.

Michelle Williams and Spike Jonze Getting Married in Summer?

Michelle Williams has found happiness again after the tragic death of Heath Ledger, father to their little girl Matilda Ledger. Star magazine reports that Spike Jones and Michelle are planning to walk down the aisle as soon as this summer. A source dished:

“They’re in love and absolutely thrilled with each other. They don’t see why they should wait much longer.”

The source added that Spike loves Matilda too:

“Spike loves being with Matilda. He’s teaching her to skateboard and to ride a bike.

He never makes Michelle feel like taking care of her is a burden, because he truly thinks of them all as a family.”

If the rumors are true, congrats go out to the happy couple! It’s great Michelle has found love again.

Heath Ledger’s Ins. Agency Finally Agrees To Pay Out Policy To Matilda

I can’t believe it actually took this long for the late Heath Ledger’s Insurer, Minnesota-based ReliaStar Life Insurance Co, to finally agree to pay little Matilda the money they owe her. One of the attorneys for Heath’s estate released this statement:

“We’re pleased that we were able to reach an amicable settlement of the dispute,” Shernoff tells E! News, declining to divulge any financial details about the confidential deal.

The policy was for $10 million dollars, so in my opinion Matilda should recieve that amount.

Robert Pattinson Defends Heath Ledger

While at the No on H8 show at The Improv in Hollywood Robert Pattinson booed a comic after he said “Here’s my impression of Heath Ledger,” then collapsed and began faking convulsions.

“Robert and his friend went nuts yelling at him,” the source tells Us Weekly. “[Pattinson screamed] f–k you! You suck!”

Good for Robert! Hopefully the comic will take that awful joke out of his routine, I can’t believe he had the nerve to even make a joke about Heath’s death.

Matilda Rose Will Inherit Heath Ledger’s Estate

Heath Ledger who died in January from an accidental prescription drug overdose in January had left his estate to his parents and three sisters in his will because the will was said to be drawn up before Heath met Michelle Williams and had their baby Matilda Rose. According to Yahoo News, it was rumored that Michelle would petition a claim for the money for their daughter, however, Heath’s father confirmed that Matilda Rose would inherit everything.

Kim Ledger told The Sunday Times in Australia:

“There is no claim. Our family has gifted everything to Matilda.”

The will’s assets and cash of just $118,000 were listed in 2003, however, the estate is now estimated to be worth more than $16.3 million. Mark Dyson, an executor of the estate, stated he could not disclose how much little Matilda would be inheriting.

I knew Heath’s family would want to make sure Heath’s daughter received everything because they know Heath would’ve wanted it that way. I’m sure they love that little girl too. I hope they also get to spend time with her.

Johnny Depp, Jude Law and Colin Farrell Donate Money To Heath Ledger’s Daughter

As reported before, Johnny Depp, Jude Law and Colin Farrell will finish the last movie that Heath Ledger worked on “The Imaginarium of Doctor Parnassus“ by playing his character in the scenes that he didn’t get to shoot.

Director Terry Gilliam is now saying that the Depp, Law and Farrell decided to donate their pay to Heath Ledger’s daughter Matilda Rose Ledger:

“They didn’t take money — it goes to Heath’s daughter.

“That’s extraordinary! And wonderful . . . and when you’re part of that, you think, ‘Ah, this is maybe why I went into the movies in the beginning. I thought it would be full of wonderful people.’

“And we’ve got a movie full of wonderful people who did extraordinary things to help.”

What a beautiful thing to do!!

Batman Begins 2 Trailer

If you haven’t seen the trailer for the Batman Begins 2 movie: “The Dark Knight” click on the link below.

It looks like it’s going to be a great movie. But at the same time, it is so sad seeing Heath Ledger in it. I’m sure he’s going to be great as the Joker.
