TMZ reported that the actor from the first Austin Powers movie, Joe Son, has been charged for gang rape. Although his arrest has been in the news, it wasn’t apparent that he starred in Mike Myer’s Austin Powers classic film.

Back in May, he pleaded guilty to felony vandalism, but his plea asked for a DNA sample which ended up connecting him to an unsolved gang rape in 1990 where a woman was pistol-whipped, raped, threatened with death and eventually blindfolded and released naked. How awful!

TMZ now reports:

Son has been charged with five felony counts of rape, two felony counts of forcible sodomy, two felony counts of sodomy in concert by force, seven felony counts of forcible oral copulation, and one felony count of sexual penetration by foreign object by force.

Son faces a maximum sentence of 275 years to life if convicted.

If he’s found guilty, he deserves the 275 years to life in prison!

Dancing with the Stars champion and race car driver Helio Castroneves is reportedly facing federal tax charges in Miami, according to Local 10 News. They report:

Castroneves is charged with conspiracy and six counts of tax evasion from 1999 through 2004. Also indicted in were Constroneves’ sister and business manager, 35-year-old Katiucia Castroneves, and his attorney, 71-year-old Alan Miller.

Helio Castroneves is accused of siphoning millions of dollars to offshore companies.

OMG! If he’s found guilty and convicted, Castroneves could face up to five years in prison for each charge. It sounds like he’s in some deep sh*t and could be soon joining Hollywood actor Wesley Snipes in prison!

Hollywood actress Sharon Stone has reportedly lost custody of her son with newspaper editor ex-husband Phil Bronstein. In October 2007, a judge granted them “joint legal and physical custody” of their son Roan.

However, custody documents revealed that a judge ruled that Bronstein:

“shall have permanent sole physical custody of child. (The) court finds that respondent Sharon Stone failed to meet her burden of proof and denies respondent’s (Stone’s) request for modification of custody.”

Entertainment Tonight reported that the new records suggest that this is a permanent order unless a change is made through the courts.

Wow, that really sucks. I’m not sure what Sharon did that caused a judge to take away her physical custody, but there must have been cause for concern for Roan’s welfare. Maybe Sharon can call up Britney Spears for some advice on how to cope and get her life back on track.

Heather Mills is apparently still delusional because she insists people out there want her in the spotlight, to continue the “good work” she’s doing. On the contrary, many people would be rejoicing if she quietly crawled under a rock and were never seen in public again. Sir Paul McCartney’s ex-gold digger wife told the Daily Mail:

“I want to do good things with my life. It’s very tempting, when you have been through what I have, to simply disappear, but people won’t let me, and I need to move on with my work.”

Mills is suing her former publicist for over $500,000 for “libel and breach of confidence” after Michele Elyzabeth revealed she was lying about the awful things she accused the former Beatle of doing to her. She said:

“I fired her, she didn’t resign. From the start people warned me not to get involved with her, but I warmed to Michele and she could be very sweet. I trusted her and feel devastated that she’s betrayed me.”

Notice the pattern going on with Mills - everyone has betrayed her because she (of course) would never do anything wrong. She’s an angel, right?

Oprah Winfrey’s mom, Vernita Lee is in a bit of financial trouble because she has an unpaid bill of $150,000 from a Valentina Inc. in Wisconsin, according to Female First. The store says Oprah’s mom has been getting perks and special deliveries since 2004, but stopped paying for it.

Now Oprah’s mom is required to pay at least $2,000 a month to the fashion store, but she has hired lawyers to help fight the bill. Yikes.

I wonder if Oprah will just pay off the bill to make the news of the lawsuit go away. I also wonder how much money she gives her mom for support too because it sounds like her mom has some expensive taste!

In June, it was reported here that Guns N’ Roses were pissed and took legal action against a website called Antiquiet.com for leaking several of their new songs from Chinese Democracy online. According to Female First, the 27-year-old guy who did the leaking got arrested.

FBI agents arrested Kevin Cogill for copyright infringement. He admitted in court that he leaked nine songs from the album in June which were available for fans to download. Bail was set at $10,000, but Cogill will have to appear in court again on September 17.

Prosecutors argue that Cogill’s actions may have caused Guns N’ Roses “significant” financial losses.

Wow, I guess Cogill’s learning a lesson about not messing with Axl Rose and the other rockers. Yikes, I wonder how much Cogill will be sued for.

Just two days after revealing their marriage of less than two months was in trouble, Chris Kattan filed for legal separation from his wife, model Sunshine Tutt on Thursday, in Los Angeles Superior Court. Kattan’s rep told E! News on Tuesday:

“They are separated for the moment, but are working on it.”

Documents filed reveal that the newlyweds signed a prenup five days before they got hitched. Tutt’s attorney insisted:

“We are in the process of resolving the matter amicably.”

That was quick now wasn’t it? Kattan and Tutt were engaged for 18 months before walking down the aisle in Yosemite Valley, California though.

Maybe Kattan should go back to just being himself as sexy Mango.
