Eva Mendes loves to walk through cemeteries, and what girl doesn’t? She says they’re peaceful and the older the cemetery the better.

“I love cemeteries,” said Mendes. “They’re so beautiful and peaceful. The older the better.

“You know I’ve hit up so many, I forget. I make ‘em sound like bars! I do. I just hit them up everywhere I go, so I get a little confused. You know.”

I know that people visit cemeteries all the time, like the ones in New Orleans. So it’s not odd that Eva happens to love walking through cemeteries every chance she gets. Is it?

In a recent interview with FOX news Eva Mendes says she’s not interested in settling down or having kids.

“Children and marriage is just something that hasn’t interested me,” Mendes said.

I wonder how her boyfriend producer George Gargurevich feals about this, they’ve only been together for seven years.

Eva Mendes has been named as a Global Pleasure Ambassador for an ice cream brand, according to Starpulse. The Hollywood actress was chosen by Magnum ice cream to work with Professor of Pleasure, who is doing a study “on the causes of happiness.” Eva said:

“I’m really happy to be Magnum’s Pleasure Ambassador because I am a huge chocolate fan. And I’m also a big pleasure seeker and believe in guiltless pleasure. If you’re going to do it then just enjoy every second of it, life’s too short!”

Sounds like the perfect job for me!

Eva Mendes revealed that while she was on vacation in Australia, she ate some kangaroo tail. She dished:

“I was shooting a movie in Melbourne and decided to take a road trip to Uluru. I hooked up with these spectacular Aboriginal women who insisted on cooking for me.

They got these kangaroo tails, wrapped them in tin foil and threw them on the fire, with the hair still on them. Kangaroo tail tastes like the worst beef jerky you’ve tasted in your life.”

And for dessert, Eva explained she was given grubs:

“They serve up grubs for afters. You find a tree, crack open the branches and there are these fat old worms, ready to be slightly fried and eaten.

After eating the kangaroo tails, the grubs were like the world’s finest tiramisu, believe me.”

What a sport to have eaten up what was offered to her. I think I would’ve just had to be rude because I can’t imagine ingesting anything like that. EW!

Eva Mendes has reportedly topped the list of the Most Desirable Women of 2009 by AskMen.com, according to Usmagazine.com. Megan Fox came in right after at No.2 on the list of 99 desired women which was decided after 10 million votes.

One of the best moments of Eva Mendes life was meeting Liam Gallagher, she thinks he’s super-sexy.

She says, “Liam is definitely one of the sexiest men alive. I love Oasis, but I also love The Stone Roses and The Smiths. I’ve always had a strong affinity to Manchester.”

I have to disagree with her, Liam is definitely not on my list of sexiest men alive. Now if she had said David Beckham was one of the sexiest men alive I would be in total agreement.

As usual Eva Mendes looked amazing when she sat down with Julie Chen on The Early Show to talk about her latest movie The Spirit. Eva plays Sand Saref who has killed her first 14 husbands in the film and has a special relationship with The Spirit.

“They are childhood sweethearts, explains Mendes. “This film is visually stunning. It comes from the creative, genius mind of Frank Miller. What’s really unbelievable with my character is I get to play not only a jewel thief, but a woman who’s been married 14 times and killed every last one of her husbands.”

“Now she is quite a dame,” adds Julie Chen. “[She's] got the lashes.”

“She’s a dame. She’s a broad,” says Mendes. “We paid homage to the women back then, in the 1940s — the Rita Hayworths and Bette Davis’ of the world, the Ava Gardners. I had a lot of fun paying homage to those women.”

A lot of the movie was shot on green screen.

“Allof the movie was shot on green screen. This is going to show my ignorant side, but I actually didn’t really know it was going to be green,” Mendes said “You kind of don’t [know what you're doing]. You have to trust your director yelling at you going, ‘Eva they’re shooting at you to the right. Your other right! Now scream!’”

The Spirit hits theaters on Christmas Day.
