Tennis star Andre Agassi revealed his feelings about his failed marriage to actress Brooke Shields and says they should’ve never got hitched, according to Starpulse. Agassi swears they weren’t a good match:

“(I was) 27 years old, ranked 141 in the world and in a marriage that I shouldn’t be (sic) in… I didn’t want to be playing tennis either so my life was filled with things I didn’t want, things I didn’t choose. Part of it was an inability to find a place for anything really.”

The reason they weren’t a good match was because Brooke Shields was much too good for him! I hope he thinks all of the revelations in his new book Open are worth all of the publicity and money.

Obviously the National Enquirer knows thier reporter was in the wrong when he decided to sneak Brooke Shield’s mother, who suffers from dementia, out of her nursing home in an attempt to get a tabloid story. They have settled with Brooke after she threatened legal action.

“I am very pleased to report that [the] National Enquirerwas prevailed upon not to publish a story,” Shields’s attorney Gerald B. Lefcourt tells People magazine. “Further, it has or will be apologizing publicly. Finally, it has agreed to make a generous donation to further research on dementia and to encourage others to do so.”

Brooke didn’t want the media to know about her mother’s condition and was forced to come forward with this information after the National Enquirer’s actions. I think she should still take legal action against the paper, they shouldn’t get off with a slap on the wrist for this one.

A journalist who wanted a tabloid story apparently checked Brooke Shield’s mother, who suffers dementia, out of her nursing home on Thursday. According to police the freelance journalist took Teri Shields, 75, to a restaurant next door to the nursing home where she was found unharmed.

“I intend to take every lawful action against all who were involved or who authorized this despicable act,” Brooke Shields says in a statement to PEOPLE.

“My mother Teri Shields has been diagnosed with dementia. For her safety, she has temporarily been in a senior living facility, a very difficult decision for me,” she says. “Late Thursday afternoon, I was alerted by Old Tappan Police that my mother had been signed out of the facility by two reporters of the National Enquirer … who falsely claimed they were friends of hers.”

“They then drove my 75-year-old mother around looking for a tabloid story. As anyone knows who has a parent who suffers from dementia or Alzheimer’s, it is one of the most difficult experiences you can go through as a son or daughter. The idea that the National Enquirer took advantage of her state is reprehensible and disgusting.”

How horrible! The National Enquirer crosses the line all the time in order to get a story. As of yet no one has been arrested and the case is under investigation.

When you are a mom your kids mean everything to you but when you are a career mom you must figure out how to juggle those important things in life. Brooke Shields has figured out just how to do that. Between her work on Lipstick Jungle and being wife and mom to two beautiful little girls she’s doing it all.

She smiles as daughters Rowan, 5, and Grier, 2, stop by a downtown coffee shop with their nanny to kiss their mom goodbye before heading to the park. “I try to maximize all of my time,” says Shields, 43. “I worked until late last night and this morning. I was like, ‘Girls, this is what we’re going to do, and you’ll come with me to where I need to be so we can spend an extra hour together.’ I made a plan for them.” 

Way to go Super mommy and thanks for the tips. Now i we could just figure out how to do this in corporate offices and school plays we’d all be loving life. Brooke has just begun work on her second season of Lipstick Jungle, which is sure to be a hit like last season, the premiere will show tonight at 10pm ET.
