Star magazine reports that Audrina Patridge of MTV’s The Hills put the moves on Ryan Cabrera while he was dating Ashlee Simpson. A friend dished that he met Audrina in L.A. in September 2005 when Ryan had gotten back together with Ashlee:

“Ryan can act kind of shy and reserved on the outside, but he’s actually quite the ladies’ man, and he and Audrina really hit it off. I don’t think he ever mentioned Ashlee to her — and I don’t think Audrina ever asked!”

Before long, Ryan was giving Audrina a tour of his house and one of his guests “found him and Audrina dead asleep, lying next to each other in bed, with the covers barely covering their naked bodies!”

I wonder if this would even phase Ashlee at this time in her life, but don’t you love Hollywood for stories like this? Sharing germs, diseases, and whatever else is just so common.

Ashlee Simpson-Wentz and hubby Pete Wentz are expecting a baby girl, according to Star magazine. An insider dished:

“Ashlee and Pete are on cloud nine. The doctor told them they actually conceived the baby just before Valentine’s Day while they were on vacation and has given them an initial due date of Oct. 31. When Pete heard he might have his baby on Halloween, he went nuts. For an emo-rocker type like Pete, that would be just too perfect!”

Star also claims that the excited daddy to be has even started sewing baby clothes. How cute!

Papa Joe Simpson is sure to be thrilled he’ll have another little girl to “manage” as soon as he can get her doing something that’ll bring in some cash.

Pete Wentz compared his Fall Out Boy band members to the cast of the 1939 classic movie: “The Wizard Of Oz“:

“The way it works is, Patrick (Stump, singer) is kind of like Dorothy from The Wizard of Oz, and we’re all the supporting characters. I’m like the Tin Man, (drummer, Andy) Hurley is Toto, and (guitarist, Joe) Trohman is definitely the Lion, because he’s got big hair and he’s very boisterous.”

Wow, you’ve got to be really full of yourself to compare your not so great band to the cast of one of the best movies ever!

Papa Joe Simpson is reportedly defending himself against suggestions that he meddles into his daughters’ relationships. Media reports have continually covered how involved Papa Joe gets with regards to Jessica Simpson’s and Ashlee Simpson’s personal lives.

As mentioned before, reports claimed that Tony Romo gave Jessica an ultimatum because Papa Joe was interfering. It’s believed that he suggested they get engaged and said:

“I can do the same [sell it] that I did with Ashlee,”

as well as try to become the Dallas Cowboys quarterback media manager.

Yikes!

However, Papa Joe said in his defense:

“It’s unfair to criticize me for what every manager does for his or her clients. And in this business, where people can quickly turn on you, who better than a parent to be working for his children?”

Aw, poor guy - all he’s doing is trying to make a buck off his kids. What’s wrong with that? And since he believes his kids are hot (especially Jessica), why not?

Fall Out Boy Pete Wentz is reportedly looking forward to becoming a daddy. As mentioned before, Ashlee Simpson is knocked up with the couple’s first child. He said:

“I’m genuinely a nervous person in general. The first time I ever went to the doctor’s office and heard the baby’s heartbeat, I felt totally content and at peace with everything.”

Last month, the newlyweds revealed Ashlee’s pregnancy after everyone already knew.

Even though everyone already knew, the couple wrote on Pete’s website friendsorenemies.com:

“While many have speculated about this, we wanted to wait until after the first trimester to officially confirm we are expecting our first child. This is truly the most joyous time in our lives and we are excited to share the happy news and start our family.”

I wonder if Papa Joe was seething when he found out that she was knocked up. Poor Petey has to put up with more of the holiday events with him. If Ashlee is smart, she’ll keep her Papa Joe at a distance. Just look at how Jessica Simpson’s love life has been affected.
