OMG, George Michael was arrested again over drugs, according to the Press Association! The singer was arrested in a public restroom after suspicion of drug possession. Apparently there was some tip-off by a bathroom attendant after he was spotted in the underground toilets in London’s Hampstead Heath on Friday. George Michael was arrested after police found him with possession of pot and crack cocaine. A rep for the Met Police said:

“I can confirm that a 45-year-old man was arrested on September 19 on suspicion of possession of drugs in the Hampstead Heath area. He was taken to a north London police station where he received a caution for possession of class A and class C drugs.”

We’ll also probably hear about George Michael going to rehab soon too, right?

Kanye West was reportedly arrested today, September 11, 2008 by L.A.X. police near the American Airlines terminal, a rep for the airport’s public relations office confirmed to MTV News.

Kanye and his bodyguard were both charged with felony vandalism, but his bodyguard was also charged with battery. Apparently, the incident involved a scuffle with paparazzi and both were held in police custody when the news broke.

On Thursday, TMZ reported that when a paparazzo began taking photos of Kanye, he allegedly grabbed the photographer’s camera and threw it to the ground, smashing it and thus was arrested.

What was also reported was that a different paparazzo started taping it which caused Kanye to approach him and demand:

“gimme that f—ing tape.”

It’s not acceptable for photographers to get attacked, but one can empathize with someone when they’re getting harassed.

In June, it was reported here that Guns N’ Roses were pissed and took legal action against a website called Antiquiet.com for leaking several of their new songs from Chinese Democracy online. According to Female First, the 27-year-old guy who did the leaking got arrested.

FBI agents arrested Kevin Cogill for copyright infringement. He admitted in court that he leaked nine songs from the album in June which were available for fans to download. Bail was set at $10,000, but Cogill will have to appear in court again on September 17.

Prosecutors argue that Cogill’s actions may have caused Guns N’ Roses “significant” financial losses.

Wow, I guess Cogill’s learning a lesson about not messing with Axl Rose and the other rockers. Yikes, I wonder how much Cogill will be sued for.

Tila Tequila’s current lover Courtenay Semel, was arrested in Las Vegas on Tuesday night for slapping some guy outside of Pure nightclub at Caesars Palace. According to TMZ, Courtenay actually slapped a security guard on the back of the head while on her way out of the club.

Courtenay was held by Caesars Palace security until police arrived.

What a dumbass to slap a security guard! Let’s hope that she gets banned from clubs now!

Shia LaBeouf was busted again on suspicion of DUI, according to TMZ. Police sources indicate that LaBeouf was involved in a car accident at approximately 3am at the corner of La Brea and Fountain in Hollywood.

Law enforcement sources told TMZ that LaBeouf badly injured his hand and will need surgery and would need to be in the hospital “for a while.” LeBeouf’s passenger received minor head injuries. The driver of the other vehicle in the accident also had some minor injuries.

It sounds like no one was seriously injured which is a good thing, but I hope LaBeouf has to spend some time in jail for this. It’s awful that anyone would think it’s acceptable to get in a car while intoxicated and risk harm to innocent people.

Lord of the Rings star Sean Bean has reportedly been arrested for suspicion of domestic assault. When the 49-year-old actor’s new wife Georgina, age 29, filed a complaint claiming he assaulted her during a fight at their home, London police held Bean in custody for six hours. A police rep said:

“Police were called to a residential address. A male was arrested. He was subsequently informed no further action was being taken against him.”

Georgina insisted to reporters after his release:

“Everything is OK. Sean and I are at home together enjoying the sunshine. He was arrested. Everything was blown out of proportion. The police held him quite a while, but Sean is fine and I’m fine. There’s no problem between us.”

She probably realized that the bad publicity might cause problems for his career. I hope she wasn’t hurt too badly.

Sean and Georgina were married in February 2008 and it’s his fourth marriage. Yikes.

Christian Bale was reportedly arrested for allegedly assaulting his mother and sister. Christian was said to have assaulted his mother Jenny, age 61 and sister Sharon, age 40 at London’s Dorchester Hotel on Sunday night. Bale’s mother and sister file their claim at a police station in Hampshire, England on Monday. A Scotland Yard spokesman says:

“A 34-year-old man attended a London Police Station on Tuesday, July 22, 2008 by appointment and was arrested in connection with an allegation of assault. He currently remains in custody.”

This arrest was just after Christian attended the European premiere of his new Batman movie The Dark Knight in London’s Leicester Square on Monday with co-stars Maggie Gyllenhaal and Sir Michael Caine.
