Early Sunday morning Stephanie Pratt was pulled over and arrested for DUI.

“It was your basic DUI. Our traffic officers driving down the street spotted her and pulled her over,” Sgt. Sal Ogaz tells PEOPLE. “She was cooperative and there were no issues with her arrest.”

Stephanie had been partying earlier that night at Heidi Montag’s birthday party at Empire nightclub in LA.  At around 11 pm she took to her Twitter page:

“its my sissy @hollymontags bday party! just finished dinner and going to Empire but im pretty tired aka yes i am the party pooper :(”"

She was taken to Van Nuys jail where she was booked and charged with a misdemeanor then released around 10:30 am. Looks like she wasn’t a party pooper after all.

Leona Lewis was reportedly punched in face at a London book signing today:

the suspect reportedly approaching Lewis to have his book signed, and after she looked up following the signing, the suspect punched her.

The man was then arrested by police and Lewis, who was so shaken by it, had to cancel the rest of the signing.

It’s always scary to see how many crazy fans there are out there!

Nick Nolte’s son Brawley King Nolte was arrested in Santa Monica, California for suspicion of DUI on Tuesday, October 6, 2009, according to FemaleFirst. Apparently, Brawley tried to change lanes and hit another car.

After failing sobriety tests, he was taken into custody and booked for DUI and possession of a controlled substance.

TMZ reports that the Hollywood actor’s 23 year old son is being held on $5,000 bail.

Like father, like son! I wonder if dear old dad will give him a lecture…

Wynonna Judd fired her children’s tutor after he was arrested on child pornography charges, according to Contact Music. Scott Z. Myers was hired by the country singer to tutor her son and daughter, ages 14 and 13 years old, at home!

As soon as Myers was taken into police custody in Tennessee, Judd fired him. A source told the National Enquirer:

“Wynonna fired him immediately. But now she’s sick and upset.”

The FBI caught Myers in an undercover investigation, but he has since reportedly admitted to trading pictures of children with other pedophiles over the web for seven years. He also allegedly confessed to having sex with four young boys.

How sick! I don’t blame Wynonna for being sick and upset - that’s just disgusting news to realize she trusted her kids with this sick person.

Roman Polanski was arrested in Switzerland on Saturday, September 26, 2009. The controversial filmmaker was taken into custody on a U.S. warrant from 1978 which was issued after Polanski pleaded guilty to sexual intercourse with a 13-year-old girl.

The filmmaker fled to France before he was sentenced and hasn’t been able to travel to the US since.

Polanski flew to Switzerland to receive a lifetime achievement award at the Zurich Film Festival on Sunday, September 27, 2009, however, he was held as soon as he arrived into the country.

The 76-year-old filmmaker who is a French citizen has been battling to get his case thrown out, however, his requests were formally rejected in May 2009.

I wonder if he knew he was at risk of being taken into custody by going to Switzerland. I’m glad he was finally arrested and hope he serves some time for raping Samantha Gailey.

John Mayer challenged Harvey Levin from TMZ to find his mugshot from 2001:

Challenge: if Harvey Levin at TMZ can produce my mugshot, I will donate 25k to the charity of his choice.

Well, Harvey Levin was able to produce Mayer’s mugshot. So what’s left to do now is pick a charity!

And in case you’re wondering, Mayer was arrested back in 2001 for driving with a suspended license in Atlanta.

Patrick Stump, Fall Out Boy frontman, was taken to an LA county jail and booked on an outstanding traffic violation. the LAPD pulled Stump over and when they ran his record they discovered he had a warrant out for his arrest for driving without a license in 2007.

He was detained for about four hours before posting bail and then was released.

“This is all very routine,” L.A. Sheriff’s Department spokesman Whitmore told E! News. “He had to post bail. Actually he got bonded out very quickly.”

Maybe because he’s been so busy with his band it slipped his mind he had an outstanding traffic violation?
