Anna Nicole Smith’s partner Howard K. Stern as well as her doctors have been charged “with conspiring to furnish drugs before her death in 2007,” according to the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office (via CNN).

Anna Nicole was only 39 when she died on February 8, 2007 from an overdose of prescription drugs.
At the time of her death several prescription medications — both in Smith’s name and that of her partner and lawyer, Stern — were found in the room.

Wow, just when Stern probably thought the case was long over and he was safe! Back in 2007, I was wondering why he wasn’t under investigation, but I guess 2 years later is better than never…

Larry Birkhead spent close to $3000 in an auction on Saturday where he bought lingerie worn by Anna Nicole Smith at a Playboy shoot:

“I have a lot of history I have to put together that she doesn’t really know about,” Birkhead told The Associated Press. “Playboy was such a big part of Anna’s career.”

I wonder at what age he will give Dannielynn her mother’s lingerie and whether he will also give her the appropriate Playboy issue with it. That would be so educational and in more than one way.

What’s for sure, Larry Birkhead loves those Marilyn Monroe lookalike wannabes.

Larry Birkhead invited ET to come with him and 17 months daughter Danielynn on a trip to the Bahamas to visit Anna Nicole Smith’s grave. This is sick, until when is he going to use his daughter to get some money?

He said:

“It’s tough. Even though she doesn’t understand, it was important for us to come. One day I can tell her that we went to visit her mom.”

Yes, I agree, it is important. But it is important for the two of them to go there alone and not on national TV!

It’s funny how in the video they say that he went to the grave in the morning so he and Danielynn could be there alone. How alone were they when all the TV crew people were following them????

Just when you thought that the circus surrounding Anna Nicole Smith death was over, eight warrants were served yesterday. In a press conference, Jerry Brown, California Attorney General, said:

“playing with dangerous drugs can result in death and prescribing drugs illegally is a crime”

Among the people who were served with the warrants were Dr. Sandeep Kapoor who prescribed methadone to Smith shortly before she died and former psychiatrist, Dr. Khristine Eroshevich.

Anna Nicole Smith died of overdose in February this year. If any of these people had anything to do with her death they should definitely pay for it. I wonder why Howard K. Stern is not under investigation too.
