Adam Brody says he dislikes being seen out with Benjamin McKenzie because it makes him feel uncomfortable, like a “fictional person”. He’s sure that people laugh at them when they’re seen out in public together. He says:

“I was with Ben McKenzie yesterday, who plays Ryan and I guess we’re adopted brothers (in the show). I’m always embarrassed hanging out with him because I feel like a fictional person. I feel that everyone who recognizes us is for sure laughing at us. If you work with someone, you like them, but then you’re out in public… I would laugh at us, if it wasn’t us. ‘Oh they’re really hanging out! Cool.’”

The bottom photo showed them hanging out at the beach together shortly after the O.C. was canceled. I think it’s cute they’re good friends. However, I don’t think that many people are looking at them and laughing. Maybe they don’t even recognize them when they’re out.

Adam Brody was seen making out with someone at a pool party in the ‘Discothek Volksgarten’ in Vienna, Austria. Looks like he liked her eh? I guess he couldn’t wait to get a room!

Looks like Adam Brody won’t be asking out any girls for dates around his father again because he apparently screwed it up for him one time by embarrassing him at an audition. Brody explained:

“Five years ago, my dad was in town and I had an audition. I was reading with this cute girl. We were leaving and I said, ‘I want to ask her number, so could you get the car and I’ll meet you?’ She came out and started talking, and my dad pulls up, honks the horn and gives me the thumbs-up. I don’t think she called me back.”

He’s too cute isn’t he? I can’t imagine a girl not calling him back. I bet she’d call him now though.
