LeAnn Rimes is already being cheated on by Eddie Cibrian and the person who he’s cheating on her with happens to be his ex-mistress who warned her about him, according to Contact Music. Scheana Marie Jancan, an aspiring actress, is reportedly seeing the player again.

Life & Style magazine has reported Cibrian started seeing Jancan again. A source dished:

“He (Cibrian) told her (Jancan) he’s only with LeAnn for the publicity and that he plans to end things with her soon.

He has a friend drop him off at Scheana’s apartment, where he’ll usually spend about two hours. Then a friend picks him up… He’s made it clear to Scheana that he wants to continue seeing her.”

I’m not going to say poor LeAnn because she should’ve seen this coming.

Sandra Bullock and ex porn star Janine Lindemulder are getting into a heated fight over custody of five year old Sunny. Bullock and her husband Jesse James, the child’s father, have been raising Sunny while Lindemulder served time in prison for tax evasion and now she’s out and claiming they’re keeping her from her daughter.

Here’s what Bullock wrote in a letter during Lindemulder’s sentencing:

“I am aware that Janine has claimed many times that my desire to have [the girl], was because I could not have children of my own [James has three kids with his first wife, Karla],” Bullock says, adding, “that couldn’t be farther from the truth.”

“I myself have stopped working like I used to in order to be here with Jesse and the kids because we are on constant high alert,” she writes, “never knowing what condition Janine will be in, and even more concerning, the condition [the girl] will be in.”

And here’s what Lindemulder had to say during an interview on GMA:

“It hurts tremendously, the accusations, especially from Sandra,” she says. “Even more so because we’ve never sat down and talked. You know, that’s the one thing that I wish more than anything, for a remedy for what’s happening here, is just communication.” 

“What would give her the right to take away my daughter?” Lindemulder said. “You know, this is my daughter. I am the best mother I can be.”

I wouldn’t blame Bullock for wanting to keep little Sunny away from Lindemulder, she just got released from jail, has appeared in over 100 adult films, and has admitted to “horrific choices in the past.” I don’t even want to know what those “horrific choices” were, but a judge might.

Is Gwyneth Paltrow being cheated on by hubby Chris Martin?? According to Star magazine, Coldplay’s frontman was spotted making out with Kate Bosworth. A source dished:

“I couldn’t believe my eyes. There was Chris totally making out with Kate in front of other people. At first I thought it might be Gwyneth, but when she came up for air, it was clear the woman was Kate!”

Even though Gwyneth Paltrow and Chris Martin never really seemed like a great couple, I hope he’s not cheating on Gwyneth with her good friend! If the story ends up true, we may see a big drama play out similar to what happened with Heather Locklear and Denise Richards over Richie Sambora.

Steve Martin and Alec Baldwin will be following in Hugh Jackman’s footsteps and will be hosting the 82nd Academy Awards.

“I am happy to co-host the Oscars with my enemy Alec Baldwin,” says Steve Martin.

“I don’t play the banjo but I’m thrilled to be hosting the Oscars – it’s the opportunity of a lifetime,” says Baldwin.

This should be interesting, both men have hosted SNL a few times and are pretty funny. The show will air Sunday, March 7, on ABC.

I can’t think of a better show to watch than a Kirstie Alley reality show, she’s so not annoying what so ever. Apparently the A&E Network is thinking along the same lines because they’re going to feature her and her family in their own reality show.

Apparently the show will mostly be about her struggles with weight issues, which she’s been battling for quite some time now. Back in 2004 she was a disappointing spokesperson for Jenny Craig and in 2007 she lost around 75lbs only to pack them all back on.

I wish her the best in her quest to loose the weight, we’ll have to wait and see how this works out for her.
