Rihanna Talks About Her Relationship With Chris Brown For The First Time
Rihanna is set to go on GMA on Thursday and 20/20 on Friday and talk about her relationship with Chris Brown for the first time since being assaulted. She’ll be “telling her story” according to a network promo for ABC.
This is a private matter, that she’s kept it that way until now. I know a lot of people are going to want to hear what she’s got to say, but I can’t help but think she’s doing this to promote her album, which drops November 23.

I don’t agree with that last part. I don’t see how having someone beat you up to the point you have to go to the hospital is the right way to go for promoting an album. I really do think she wants to speak out about domestic abuse or clarify some facts. Speaking as soon as it happened, especially when there were legal ramifications, just wouldn’t be a smart decision. I see why she waited, plus that’s a helluva thing to get over.
