So You Think You Can Dance Has An Empty Chair Waiting For Paula Abdul
On Monday’s show Nigel Lythgoe showed the So You Think You Can Dance audience an empty chair with Paula Abdul’s name on it and earlier this week he made this announcement on his Twitter page:
“All you Paula Abdul fans please check out next Monday’s show.”
So he had many believing Paula would actually be joining the show as a judge, not that he was announcing he’d like to have her on the show. Why can’t Paula be left alone, she’s one of the worst judges ever! She’d only give a drugged up that’s very nice speech after each routine, which would make no sense to anyone but herself.
Now on to other So You Think You Can Dance news Billy Bell, whose performance made the judges cry in Vegas and danced Mandy More’s jazz number on last night’s show, has dropped out of the competition. He’s dropping out on his doctor’s advice and will be replaced by Brandon Dumlao. We wish Billy a full recovery from what ever illness he’s suffering.
