Karina Smirnoff and Maksim Chmerkovskiy Split
Dancing with the Stars professionals Karina Smirnoff and Maksim Chmerkovskiy have called off the engagement, according to Star magazine. Karina’s rep confirmed:
“I am confirming that they did indeed break up.”
Maksim wrote on his Twitter page on Monday:
“What was meant to be a ‘life long book’, turned into a ‘chapter’ … and now that ‘chapter’ is finished. Se la vie [sic].”
Wow, that sucks. I liked them together, much more than I liked her with Mario Lopez. Oh well, best of luck to them.
