Mischa Barton Released From Hospital
Mischa Barton, who was placed under an involuntary psychiatric hold on July 15 for “medical issues”, was released last week from the hospital and is doing well.
“She was released early last week and has been improving since with the intention of resuming production with the rest of the cast [of her CW show The Beautiful Life,” her rep told MTV News.
“I can tell you right now, Mischa Barton is doing great,” Ashton Kutcher, one of the show’s creators, told reporters at a technology conference in California.
Of course no one has confirmed as to why Mischa was admitted into the psych ward in the first place, but we’re glad to hear she’s doing better.
