Robert Pattinson Hit By Cab in NYC
Robert Pattinson was reportedly hit by a taxi cab on Thursday, June 18, 2009 as he was trying to flee from his crazy fans, according to Radar. Thankfully, he wasn’t hurt.
The actor who is driving all the teenaged girls wild right now has been in NYC to film his new movie Remember Me. Radar reported:
A team of five security guards were trying to fend off a crowd of teenaged girls when Rob was leaving the bookstore.
It was pouring rain as they tried to hustle him quickly across the busy street to the safety of his trailer.
Some of the teen girls were hysterical and Rob rushed across the road. As he did so, a taxi grazed him. The cabbie slammed on his brakes as soon as he realized what had happened.
One of the bodyguards first made sure the heartthrob was okay and then scolded the fans:
“You see what you did, you almost killed him!”
Aw, poor Robert! Being young and famous can be hazardous to one’s health!

wow, imagine if he´d died fleeing from fans! I know people always say that if you don´t want to be in the spotlight you shouldn´t be an actor, but jeez, FIVE bodyguards and the guy still has to run?!
