Eliot Spitzer Feels Better About His Scandal After Mark Sanford Was Caught Cheating
Former Governor Eliot Spitzer doesn’t feel as bad about his scandal with paying for sex now that Governor Mark Sanford of South Carolina admitted to cheating on his wife Jenny Sanford with a woman from Argentina named Maria Belen Chapur.
Page Six reports that Spitzer was overheard talking to LMDC executive director Avi Schick:
“I didn’t fall in love with any of them.”
Spitzer also didn’t use public funds to pay his prostitutes whereas Sanford said he will reimburse the state the money, approximately $12,000, he used to travel to see his lover.
The former New York governor also didn’t get caught sending the most cheesy emails to his lover too which is probably more embarrassing than getting caught paying for sex.
