ER’s Finale Airs Tonight

Tonight was ER’s final episode and I have to say I’m going to miss the show. Tonight’s finale was not jam packed with the drama we’re use to, instead it focused on bringing back all the veterans.

The show has been around since Sept. 1994, and as long as it’s been running actors may have come and gone, but the show’s medical drama never disappointed us. The series has earned 22 Emmy Awards, including Outstanding Drama Series in 1996, among many accolades. The cast of ER has been honored with four Screen Actors Guild Awards for Outstanding Ensemble Performance in a Drama Series.

The shows creator, best-selling author Michael Crichton, who passed away this past November was a genious for coming up with the idea of making a show based on the hectic, chaotic, and no-stop drama that happens everyday in the ER.

We’re going to miss this show and it’s opening credit, but as with life all good things end sometime
