Leann Rimes, who was recently caught in a video allegedly cheating on her husband Dean Shermet with actor Eddie Cibrian, has reportedly been cheated on by her hubby, according to the National Enquirer.
Sources suggest that the ex-dancer has been dating a man. A family insider said:
“He’s gay. He’s been gay since he was probably five.”
Reports claim that “Dean’s family used to take bets on what age he would come out and then all of a sudden he got married to Leann!”
Well, if it’s true, then maybe Leann and Dean have an understanding…

There is a precedence set out of Maryland, that if a spouse is caught cheating publicly and causes humiliation then the injured party can sue the cheating parties for destroying a marriage. It is a case that can easily be proven, there are plenty of pictures floating around about Eddie and Leann. Not only will you get all of Leann’s money you will get all of Eddie’s money as well.
