Christian Slater Split with Girlfriend Tamara Mellon?
It sounds like actor Christian Slater is available again since he reportedly split with girlfriend Tamara Mellon. Rumors from tabloids had reported that Mellon had been planning to move to L.A. to be closer to Slater with talk last month of even getting hitched. However, their long-distance relationship seems to have taken its toll on them. A source dished to the Daily Mail:
“We all thought Tamara and Christian were made for each other, but the pressures of their respective careers meant they were spending too much time apart.
Tamara always puts her daughter first and with two businesses - her shoe brand Jimmy Choo and American fashion label Halston - to run as well, it’s all been too difficult. Tamara speaks very fondly of Christian and I’m sure they will stay good friends.”
I wish couples wouldn’t try to make it sound like everything ended okay and that they’ll stay “good friends.” Good luck to them both.
