Michael Phelps Will Not Be Charged Over Photo Of Him Smoking Marijuana
Apparently there is not enough evidence to charge Michael Phelps over the photo of him smoking from a marijuana pipe.
“Having thoroughly investigated this matter, we do not believe we have enough evidence to prosecute anyone that was present at the November party,” Richland County Sheriff Leon Lott said in a press statement.
“My hope again is that we all take this incident and make something positive from it,” he said. “Parents please take this opportunity to talk with your children about illegal drug use.”
I just hope Michael has learned his lesson and is ready to settle down, he became a huge role model for so many kids after winning eight gold medals at the Beijing Olympics.
