Tina Sherman and Husband Sue McDonald’s Over Nude Pictures
Arkansas man Phillip Sherman forgot his cell phone at a local McDonald’s and the naked photos of his wife which were on there were leaked onto the internet, according to the New York Daily News. Now the man and his wife, Tina Sherman, are suing McDonald’s for $3 million.
The lawsuit reveals that Sherman left his cell phone in the fast food restaurant in July and was told by the employees that they would keep it safe. Surprisingly enough, the nude photos ended up being leaked onto the internet so the Shermans are suing for damages because they were so embarrassed, they had to move.
It sounds pretty fishy to me - I bet they leaked the pictures onto the internet themselves and left the phone behind so they could buy a new house. How lame! Who leaves nude pictures on their cell phone anyway?

I mean any idiot knows having skanky pics is a risk, surely celebrities have such a clue? Apparently not. Yawn.
