Madonna and Guy Ritchie Divorce Finalized
Madonna and Guy Ritchie have divorced which was finalized after a hearing in London on Friday, November 21, 2008. They announced they were separating in October 2008 and granted a decree nisi by a judge at the clinical Principal Registry of the Family Division of the High Court in High Holburn in London.
The terms have been revealed that they will share joint custody of their sons, Rocco and David. The boys will have to divide the time between US and the UK since the former couple no longer live in the same country. Lourdes will live with Madonna since she is Carlos Leon’s daughter with Madonna.
The marriage will be officially over in six week when they will be granted a decree absolute. That was quick! Let’s hope they find a way to be civil with each other and keep the best interests of their children in mind when dealing with one another.
