Lily Allen Was Strip Searched at the Airport
Lily Allen was reportedly strip searched at the airport after landing in the United Arab Emirates on Thursday for the launch of the Atlantis Palms Hotel in Dubai, according to Female First. Poor Lily!
Hollywood celebrities in attendance on the man-made Palm Jumeirah Island were: Robert De Niro, Denzel Washington, Charlize Theron, and Lindsay Lohan who were treated to a a performance by Kylie Minogue.
A source told The Sun that Lily dished to Rhys Ifans about her ordeal:
“I was strip searched at the airport. It wasn’t that bad. But Nick got the full works.”
Lily didn’t seem too traumatized by the strip search though when she joined the other celebs wearing a blue strapless dress and about $15 million-worth of borrowed diamonds as seen in the picture below. Wow, a company actually trusted her to wear that?
