Elisabeth Hasselback Concedes and Now Supports Barack Obama

Check out how The View co-hosts discussed the outcome of the election. Whoopi Goldberg reflected on how her mother didn’t believe this would happen in her lifetime that a black man would be elected as President of the United States. I felt the same.

Elisabeth Hasselbeck now says she’s ready to support Barack Obama as our president. It’s nice to hear someone like her who was fighting so hard against him now says she is ready to stand in line and offer support. It’s not too late because we have a lot of work ahead as a nation.

Joy Behar got in a funny jab towards Elisabeth when she said,

“So you admit, I was right all along.”

Barbara Walters asked Sherri Shepherd why she was undecided so long and she said Sarah Palin spoke to her. SCARY! She also started crying when she thought about this historical nature of the moment, but she just annoys me to no end.

Oh well, it’s nice to see that many people are happy with the turnout of the election, because everyone won yesterday. The voter turnout was in record numbers which means that many people felt the need to be engaged in the political process and exercise their right to make a difference.
