Carla Bruni Looks Ghostly
Carla Bruni showed up at the Ed Sullivan Theater for The Late Show with David Letterman in New York City looking very pale. Maybe French President Nicolas Sarkozy doesn’t want her getting out so much these days, but yikes!

That comment is kinda racist, don’t you think? I mean, that’s like saying Seal (the singer) looks like a piece of charcoal. You could never get away with saying that. So the girl is pale, so what! Pale skin is beautiful.

I’m not sure how the comments are racist. Nothing in the post is pointing to her race. This is the most pale I’ve seen Carla Bruni compared with her other pictures (http://gabbybabble.celebuzz.com/2008/01/carla-bruni-poses-nude.html) which leads me to believe she’s not getting out as much. Having fair skin isn’t a bad thing, but when someone looks more pale than they usually do, it might mean that the person is ill.
Plus, I’d never say that Seal looks like a piece of charcoal, the man is beautiful to me - so if you think pale is beautiful, color is as well.
