Russell Crowe’s Heavyweight Performance in Body of Lies
While Russell Crowe says he gained 63 lbs for his new film Body of Lies, critics are claiming that he also put on a heavyweight performance, according to Rolling Stone magazine. Critic Peter Travers said:
“Crowe’s implosive performance is lethally funny and dangerously scary, the kind of juicy experiment Marlon Brando often tried to shake up a tired genre.”
Wow, it sounds like an interesting movie! He’s such a great actor - I bet Travers wasn’t far off the mark, but I have to see it myself.
