Colin Powell May Endorse Barack Obama!

Colin Powell seems more hip these days. He was spotted with Olu Maintain at the Africa Rising Festival at the Royal Albert Hall in London, England yesterday. How cute huh?
If that isn’t enough to excite you, Huffington Post claims Powell is going to decide after the final presidential debate tonight on who to endorse and it may end up he supports Barack Obama! Wooohoo!
If he does in fact make this step forward to endorse Obama, this will, as Huffington Post puts it:
“thereby hammer the final nail in the coffin of the Republican campaign to hold onto the White House.”
My fingers are crossed for Powell, whom I had always respected with exception to the time he spent as part of Dubya’s administration. I would love to see him as part of the Obama/Biden administration!

I hope Colin Powell will come out with great fanfare and endorse Sen. Obama. I hope he will have the opportunity to do some great work in an Obama administration and will regain the credibility he loss during his pained tenure with the Bush Administration.
When Sec. Powell met with the United Nations and endorsed the war, his once 90% approval rating took a deep hit. This of course served two important purposes for the Bush Administration: (1) Bush received approval to go to war (2) Bush assured Colin Powell his good standing was over.
Powell’s endorsement of Obama does not verify Obama’s judgement, but rather brings Powell’s judgement into question. Powell says that Obama is ready to lead … WHY? … Regardless of Powell’s last minute endorsement, Obama is still the most liberal senator in congress … who accomplished nothing in his meager 3 years in office, except voting present 160 times, and campaigning for President, as well as associating with anti-American racists and domestic terrorists … and, taking America down the road to socialism. Obama betrayed a friendship of 20 years, for personal ambition. Powell betrayed his friendship with McCain. McCain did not betray his fellow prisoners, even during 5 years of torture. These facts speak volumes about who these men really are, and whether or not we can trust them.
Hey Howard,
you said: “McCain did not betray his fellow prisoners, even during 5 years of torture. These facts speak volumes about who these men really are, and whether or not we can trust them.”
-you are obviously ignorant. McCain betrayed his wife, a marriage is far more important than whatever jive youre talking about. He cheated on her when he was overseas, then divorced her because of a feature-altering surgery she had undergone due to her unfortunate car accident when he returned home. now what the hell are you saying about trust? if this piece of worthless crap (McShame) cannot be faithful in marriage, what makes you think he’ll be faithful as president to the American people. just a question for you dude. maybe you ought to think about that, and next time you speak, do some research on this man you are seemingly supporting. blindly supporting might i add.
