This photo should be an insult to women everywhere, no matter what race. What image is she trying to project holding a shotgun? Is she trying to appeal to the American Rifle Assoc?, or intimidate her male counterparts? She is a joke. Where’s the tierra? That would’ve been a hoot, to have that on with the rifle in her hand, but she’s so ignorant, she doesn’t even realize, Newsweek made an ass out of her for the world to see in choosing this image for the cover of their magazine. More likely to see this image on a KKK magazine, maybe it would be acceptable then
I fail to see any problem with this picture. She is holding a shotgun, and the right to bear arms is OUR law and has been since 1776. I was a hunter before, a veteran, and shot many times on occassion for fun, so am I wrong if you see a photo of me with a gun? Does a gun make someone bad-certainly not. I am also a Wharton School Alumni, so am I trash too? How about prejudiced? NO WAY to both questions here. I am shocked that any of this is an issue. Let us as Americans focus on their positions on issues, not on Internet trash, photos, et cetera. I mean some of you are reading this in your underwear in your home-could you imagine a photo getting out of you and how we could label it? Please focus on the issues of the individuals running, and not on nonsense. As Americans, we need to get our country back on track. Gary

I agree with Mr.Meyer,as americans we need to focus more on our country rather than on Mrs.palin with a shot gun,At least it was open.She is a treat to listen to,and not afraid to say what she believes in. Americans need to really pay closer attention on who will be the best president for our country,and who will make the right decisions.It is not about looks,youth,or female. It’s about what is going to happen to our country. we need to listen and pay attention to every word and promise that each canidate is proposing and promising us, Focus on our country first,and then vote for the president that you are completley confident will get our country
