Lily Allen Insists Someone Spiked Her Drink
Lily Allen thinks someone must’ve spiked her drink at the Glamour Women of the Year Awards in June 2008 because she insists she’d never allow herself to get so drunk at an event like that, according to Contact Music. The singer who was said to have gotten into a catfight with Sir Elton John recently at the GQ Men of the Year Awards said:
“I woke up in my bed at 8am and felt totally fine. So I Googled myself, and then I saw the pictures. It was awful. I can’t believe I got into that state. It leads me to believe somebody put something in my drink because it’s totally not in my repertoire to do something like that.”
We believe Lily don’t we? She’d never get drunk like that at a public event!
