Jeremy Piven Slams the Emmys
Jeremy Piven wasn’t alone in his feelings about the Emmy Awards. Although he won Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Comedy award for his role in The Entourage, he slammed the show because it was confusing to have five hosts: American Idol’s Ryan Seacrest, Project Runway’s Heidi Klum, Dancing With the Stars’ Tom Bergeron, Survivor’s Jeff Probst and Deal or No Deal’s Howie Mandel. OK! magazine said that Jeremy complained backstage to reports:
“It was a celebration of nothing. I was confused.”
I found it confusing too and didn’t find any of the jokes funny. It was pretty lame when Heidi Klum’s suit was stripped off of her too.

I don’t like Piven and think his third Emmy was overkill, but he was right on the money about the Emmy show.
