Jamie Lynn Spears Breastfeeding Pictures Stolen
Uh-oh, apparently Britney Spears’ lil sis Jamie Lynn Spears had photos taken of her breastfeeding her baby Maddie Briann by her oh-so-smart boyfriend Casey Aldridge. According to the Post Chronicle, the feds are searching for the stolen family pictures that were brought in to be developed at Wal-Mart, particularly the one where Jamie Lynn is exposing her boob. Remember, Jamie Lynn is underage so this is considered child pornography!
TMZ reports:
Federal and local authorities are on the hunt for someone peddling 12 pics of Britney Spears, Jamie Lynn, daughter Maddie and baby daddy Casey Aldridge. The pics were taken on Casey’s digital camera. We’re told he took the camera card to his local Wal-Mart in Louisiana for copies. Law enforcement believes someone at the Wal-Mart may have made extra copies, then tried selling them.
The idiot who works for Wal-Mart and was trying to make some quick cash will probably get charged with distribution of child pornography. Yikes! Casey and the employee should share the “Dumbass of the Year” award for this.
Let’s hope the Spears family will be investing in a photo printer pretty soon too and use it at least until she’s a legal adult.

When I was in college, I worked at an hour-photo place - the law/regulations are that if the person developing the pics sees something that he/she thinks is in any way porn, he/she *must* turn it in.
Turn it in to the authorities, not the tabloids, though. Just check out that

whoever posted this is retarded. In her homestate, 17 years old is considered to be an adult, that’s how old she was when the photo was taken, therefore it’s not child ponography. Fucking retards….
This is stupid.
1) It should not be considered child pornography. If you just crapped out a kid, you’re not a child. I don’t care what the law is.
2) The legal age of consent in Louisiana is 17.
3) If anything, the Wal-mart employee might be charged for theft since the images are the property of Jamie Lynn Spears and that Casey guy. Child pornography? Seriously?
4) She has a kid and the father of the kid is with her. Taking pictures of the mother of your child breastfeeding, which is completely natural for a new mother to do, is sentimental, not child pornography.
5) If it is child porn, Casey should be arrested too (producing and owning kiddy porn), not just the Wal-mart employee (attempted distribution of kiddy porn).

It depends where you live. In Louisiana, photo places will develop anything and need only report it if it involves obvious child abuse, such as a 5 year old chained to a toilet and covered in bruises. Beyond that, anything goes, and the customer has a right to privacy.
