Cindy McCain’s Elitist $300,000 Outfit

The Republicans have been so quick to call Barack Obama an elitist because they “represent real working Americans like Levi ‘f**king redneck’ Johnston,” however, Vanity Fair had their fashion experts price out the outfits of the First Lady and the wanna-be First Lady.

Here’s what the experts estimated for Laura Bush and Cindy McCain’s attire on Tuesday at the Republican National Convention (RNC).

Laura Bush

  • Oscar de la Renta suit: $2,500
  • Stuart Weitzman heels: $325
  • Pearl stud earrings: $600–$1,500

Total: Between $3,425 and $4,325

Cindy McCain

  • Oscar de la Renta dress: $3,000
  • Chanel J12 White Ceramic Watch: $4,500
  • Three-carat diamond earrings: $280,000
  • Four-strand pearl necklace: $11,000–$25,000
  • Shoes, designer unknown: $600

Total: Between $299,100 and $313,100

Unbelievable, isn’t it? The prices are estimates with the jewelry being assumed to be real. Now who are the real elitists here?  The GOP’s lies are deplorable.  I can’t wait for the debates to come!

Oh well, her estate on compound interest only probably earns almost a million a year. SO whats a $300,000 dollar outfit to her? Therefore, I cant be judgemental because Im sure we`d all like to get funny with our money.

If you are university educated and hang around the intellectual crowd, you are considered an eltist. It has nothing do with the size of your pocketbook.
Cindy McCain is very rich, but she is not considered an “elitist”. She got her degree in education and spent the rest of her life living off dads beer royalties.
