Rosie Perez Slams Kanye West
Rosie Perez has reportedly slammed Kanye West for disrespecting her in a song, according to Starpulse. Apparently, Kanye isn’t the first rapper she has had a public war of words with because she went after Jay-Z last year over remarks he made about Nas’ ex-wife. That feud was said to have been settled with “a backstage hug” at a Cirque Du Soleil show (maybe LOVE?). With regards to Kanye, she said:
“I’m a woman of a certain age (and) if you’re gonna mention me in a song, have a little respect. He mentions my breasts. When you walk down the street and you have 15-year-old boys… (and) they’re like, ‘Yo, Rosie, D’s D’s, Rosie Perez,’ it’s no good.”
I haven’t heard the song, but I don’t blame her for being pissed at Kanye. Kanye should apologize to her.

The song is great, it does NOT slam her, just mentions her name like in a ‘word association’ game.

Kanye’s mention of Rosie in that lyric is in reference to her accent. D’s = Dees = These. Rosie Perez should be happy someone even mentioned her irrelevant ass.

For all you too young to remember people on the blog. The line refers to the Spike Lee movie “Do the Right Thing”.
D’s refers to a line by Radio Raheem requesting batteries for his boombox from an asian store clerk who can’t pronounce the letter D.
The double entendre here is her breast size Double D’s- clearly shown in the movie sharing the scene with Spike Lee’s mouth and an ice cube.
Also agree with thomas williams; hypocrisy is getting rich off you Double D’s and then getting mad when someone notices them.
