Elizabeth Edwards Speaks Out About Husband John Edwards Affair
Elizabeth Edwards said that coping with the news of her husband John Edwards’ affair was “oddly made somewhat easier” by her battle with cancer. She wrote on the political blog Daily Kos via People.com:
“None of these (problems) has been easy. But we have stood with one another through them all. Although John believes he should stand alone and take the consequences of his action now, when the door closes behind him, he has his family waiting for him.”
What an amazingly strong and brave woman! The Senator must feel like scum right about now.
