Tommy Lee Goes Green with Fake Grass
Tommy Lee has decided to go green with fake grass for his home in California. The Motley Crue drummer is working with rapper Ludacris on a new environmental TV show Battleground Earth. He told Blender magazine:
“I’ve learned so much. I’m about to go solar and get totally off the grid. All the grass on my property is going to be replaced - this sh*t, I’m telling you, it doesn’t smell, but it looks and feels exactly like real grass. No watering, no pesticides or fertilizers. It’s insane.”
That certainly seems like an oxymoron doesn’t it? It certainly will cut down on water waste, but isn’t the fake grass made of a synthetic? How can that be good for the environment? Luckily, I don’t have a lawn to worry about.
