Sting Pisses Off Environmental Groups

Apparently he fails to take his own advice when it comes to taking care of the environment as he has been a long-time environmentalist asking people to cut back on their carbon emissions and help save the planet. Didn’t he once try to chain himself to a tree to save the rain forest?
The Police frontman flew between Germany and London over the weekend, traveling separately from his band.
A rep for the Leipzig airport confirmed the reports:
“Sting was the only passenger on board the Falcon 2000 aircraft.”
Trudie defended him of course, explaining it’s “difficult” for a musician to work without creating a huge carbon footprint.
I’m a huge Police fan, but shame on Sting! It sounds like he needs a spanking!
