Madonna is reportedly in the center of a sex-video scandal now, according to the Daily Star. A sleazy cameraman is trying to peddle the tape he claims shows the Queen of Pop having sex with New York Yankees player Alex Rodriguez (better known as A-Rod).

Apparently, the guy’s asking for $2 million. He says the footage was taken with a hidden camera in an apartment allegedly used by the Material Girl and A-Rod’s afternoon meetings.

Attorneys for Madonna acknowledged that they were aware of the camerman’s claims, but offered no comment. There’s still no word on whether or not the video exists and if it’s authentic.

If the video actually exists, the dirtbag cameraman could face prosecution for voyeurism and burglary, according to legal experts. One said?

“If footage was obtained in this way it would be an outrageous invasion of privacy. But more than that he would not have had his friend’s consent to install the camera and must have entered the apartment without approval to hide it. That is burglary. He would be prima facie guilty of voyeurism. Instead of making a million he’d be going to jail for a few years. Even if the video existed it would probably be seized by the courts.”

Uh-oh, if there’s actual evidence to prove A-Rod was having an affair with Madonna, this publicity won’t be good for the Material Girl as she is trying to promote her upcoming Sticky and Sweet tour. A-Rod will probably be taken to the cleaners too. Sucks to be them right about now unless it’s proven that it wasn’t them in the tape.
