George Carlin Dies at Age 71
photo courtesy of PR Photos/www.prphotos.comComedian George Carlin reportedly died of heart failure at Saint John’s Health Center in Santa Monica at 6pm on Sunday at age 71 after being admitted earlier in the afternoon for chest pains, his spokesman Jeff Abraham told Reuters.
Although Carlin was said to have had a history of heart and drug-dependency problems, it’s still shocking that the famous edgy funny man is really gone. So sad.

I really loved the whit and humor of George Carlin. It started when he was on SNL. You could feel his comdeic whit. He will be greatly missed. Heaven has gotta be a lot funnier now.
