Billy Ray Cyrus Was Not Present For Racy Vanity Fair Photo
Don’t blame daddy Billy Ray Cyrus for the racy Vanity Fair photo that were taken by photographer Annie Leibovitz because he wasn’t there. He was only there to take a photo with her and left right away so perhaps Annie Leibovitz and Vanity Fair manipulated the 15-year-old Hannah Montana star into doing the provocative pose.
This is such a lame excuse since the picture he took with her was inappropriate as well. I can never picture myself taking a photo like that with my father!
