Rob Knox, Harry Potter Star Stabbed to Death
Rob Knox, an 18-year-old actor who was set to appear in the next Harry Potter movie was reportedly stabbed to death in a fight outside a bar in the early morning hours today, May 24, 2008. Rob Knox died from the attack approximately at 1am and was pronounced dead at a hospital in Woolwich, South-East London.
In the new movie, Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince which is set for release in Novemeber, Rob had already finished his work on the set playing Ravenclaw student Marcus Belby.
He was just getting his career started and was still a baby! In the photos above, you see where the incident took place and that mourners have already started to lay flowers at the scene.
How sad! I can’t imagine how shocked and devastated his family and friends must be. Our thoughts go out to them.

I am so very, very sorry to hear this news tonight. There was a time when no decent Englishman would carry a knife, let alone attack another with one. Rob was obviously a worthwhile young man. This is a terrible tragedy and was a wicked act. One can but hope the police quickly apprehend the perpetrator.

My mother and i just heard the news of robert knox. we are very sorry to hear of what happened.Our heart goes out to his family and friends.robert sounded like a very well respected young man. we all hope that the perpetrator gets whats comming to him. very sorry to hear the news.

It is horrible that it had to happen to such a fine young man such as Robert. I was crushed to get the news and I hope the man that did this is caught.
its so sad to hear that rob is dead. i couldnt believe it until i heard it in cnn breaking news. i really fill for his friends, parents , and loved ones because they will miss him so much.
